Leicester health and wellbeing surveys

The Leicester health and wellbeing survey gives a snapshot of health and wellbeing issues in the city. Findings from the surveys help us and our partners to plan and develop services in Leicester.

Health and wellbeing survey 2024

We  commissioned DJS Research to conduct the 2024 adults health and wellbeing survey. DJS Research fieldworkers conducted a total of 2,100 interviews between April and October 2024

The survey has been designed to provide a high quality cross-sectional snapshot of health and wellbeing behaviours and attitudes in Leicester’s adult population. The survey is important as it will give Leicester City Council, and partners, the necessary information to help inform and improve services for local residents.

What topics do the surveys provide information on?

  • General Health, including use of health care services
  • Attitudes to health
