About our UKSPF project
NBV’s project will support early-stage businesses, those trading between 1 and 3 years based in Leicester City to aid survival and growth.
Our dedicated professional Business Advisers will offer high quality advice across all aspects of business operation including financial, operational and marketing as well as ongoing mentoring.
NBV’s Business Advisers have extensive experience of working across all business sectors. They specialise in working with new start businesses and micro businesses and understand the barriers to starting and running a successful business.
What can a business expect by working with a business adviser?
A business adviser has a genuine interest in supporting businesses and the ability to use their own experiences across a range of specialisms.
They possess an in-depth knowledge of the business support landscape and the ability to advise businesses on the range of options as well as having excellent mentoring and coaching skills. Support includes:
- help the business set clear targets and establish which parts of the business requires intervention, for example:
- business strategy
- sales and marketing
- financial planning
- business operations
- people & resources
