Green Libraries Week

Green Libraries Week is an annual showcase and celebration of libraries, with a focus on the climate and sustainability. This year it takes place from 7-13 October 2024.

Join in free events and activities, from poetry and author talks, to energy advice, writing workshops and craft activities.

Leicester Adult Education will also offer free taster sessions and learning activities at our libraries, including watercolour painting, online safety, weaving, crochet and ESOL.

Spaces may be limited so booking is advised. Please call the library or drop in to book a place.
