Tenant satisfaction measures
In April 2023, the Regulatory of Social Housing bought in a new requirement that all social landlords across the country must undertake an annual tenants’ satisfaction survey.
Autumn 2023
We undertook our first annual survey of council tenants in Leicester in the Autumn of 2023 and the result of this were:
