Inspections
All lifts are inspected every month with the exception of St Leonards Court and that is inspected every 6 months. These inspections are required to make sure the lifts are in good condition for you to use and that if any defects are identified they are completed. If you identify any issue with a lift in your block you should report it to us:
If you get trapped
If you get trapped in a lift you should push the alarm bell or call the number in the lift carriage so that we can get you out, we will do this in less than 1 hour from receiving your call.
