2 September 2024 – Application process opens online
You will be able to apply for your child’s full- time place for entry in 2025/26 from 9am on Monday 2 September 2024.
15 January 2025 – Closing date
Deadline for applications is midnight. Missing the deadline will significantly reduce your chances of getting a place at the school you want.
16 April 2025 – National offer day
Offers of school places are sent out for all on-time applications. If you applied online, we will send you an email with your application outcome. Letters will also be sent by second class post.
6 May 2025 - Late applications considered (round 1)
Late applications received between 17 January 2025 and 16 April 2025, will be considered after this date.
2 June 2025 – Late applications considered (round 2)
Late applications received from 17 April 2025, will be considered after this date.
3 June 2025 – Deadline to submit an appeal
Deadline to submit an appeal to ensure it is heard in the first round of appeals.
From 26 August 2025 - Your child starts school
If your child was not offered a place in your first preference school, they will remain on waiting lists for any higher preference schools until the end of the academic year in July 2026.
