South Highfields

The South Highfields conservation area covers the area between London Road, Evington Road and St Peters Road.

It was designated in 1981 and was amended in 2003. 

A character statement has been prepared and can be downloaded below. The properties within this conservation area are covered by an Article 4 Direction which limits the rights of householders to carry out work to their properties without planning permission. A copy of this is available below.
