Environment
To report urgent environmental problems such as damage that has or is highly likely to cause immediate harm to a person or property, a traffic collision, dangerous dogs, hazardous spillages or offensive graffiti:

You can report a problem with your bins, missed collection or request a replacement bin on My Account.

Adult Social Care and Safeguarding
