Notice is hereby given that the Leicester City Council of City Hall, 115 Charles Street, Leicester, LE1 1FZ intends to make a disposal by way of freehold disposal an area of 0.001 hectares (0.004 acres) or thereabouts of open space situate to the rear of 5 Chancel Road, Leicester, LE4 2WF in the City of Leicester and which forms part of an Open Space.
