Parking in Leicester

We work hard to make Leicester accessible to motorists, while at the same time promoting schemes to cut congestion in the city.

There are several multistorey and surface car parks for people visiting the city for work, shopping and cultural attractions, as well as a Park and Ride scheme operating from Birstall, Enderby and Meynells Gorse.

We offer a parking permit scheme in many parts of the city to ease congestion for our residents, and also support car sharing and car club schemes.
