However you are now able to submit your application directly to us from this page using the link Submit new application
Alternatively you can email it to us at buildingcontrol@leicester.gov.uk
Currently we cannot accept on-line payment of building regulation fees though we are working on this. Therefore you can pay by Debit/Credit Card by telephoning 0116 252 6652 during office hours, or posting a cheque to us (preferably with a copy of your completed application form).
